ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Veteran edge rusher Von Miller is officially looking for a new home, and league insiders are pushing Super Bowl contenders to make their move. The 37-year-old former Buffalo Bills superstar is entering his 16th NFL season as a free agent, making it clear that he only wants to sign with a team capable of making a deep postseason run.
Following a productive campaign in Washington, Miller has no intention of spending another year in a rebuilding phase.
The Philadelphia Eagles have emerged as a prime landing spot for the future Hall of Famer. Analysts are urging the Eagles' front office to sign Miller as a late-summer "closer" to bolster their outside linebacker rotation ahead of training camp.
With Philadelphia looking to solidify its defensive front, Miller's championship pedigree and veteran leadership are viewed as the perfect addition to a roster targeting a Lombardi Trophy.
A return to the Los Angeles Rams is also being heavily discussed. Miller previously won a ring with the Rams during their Super Bowl LVI run, and a reunion makes sense for both sides.
